All
orders are processed the same day they are received.
All
plant in an order are shipped within 7-14 days. The roots
have to establish before they are shipped. We do everything
we can to decrease this time but some preparation time must
be allowed.
In
the case that other items are ordered with plants please
note that those items will be shipped seperately. All of
those additional items are processed and shipped the same
day they are received. The plants will follow during their
normal course of shipping.
All
orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority unless express
is required to get the plant to you alive. We will cover
that cost if necessary.
All
shipping charges are included in the prices.
During
the cold winter months 60 hour hot packs are packed with
every plant order.
We
can only take orders within the USA at this time.

LOST
MAIL
If
an order is lost in the mail you will be required to notify
your post office of this and fill out the required form.
After filling out that form please email a copy to us for
verification. At that time we will replace your product.
Allow 30 days to report lost mail.
